Refund policy
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The jewelry must be returned with all original packaging, including boxes, and any included materials.
- The item must not be altered, damaged, or show signs of wear (including tarnishing).
- Please note Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
- All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your return authorization.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- We are happy to offer a replacement for the item, subject to availability in stock. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund and you may place a new order for a different item once we have received the damaged product
